1. Do you ship across India?
Yes. We deliver to all serviceable pin codes in India through trusted courier partners.
2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders reach customers in 3–5 working days, depending on the location.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping Pan-India for all orders.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.
5. Can I return a product?
You can request a return only for wrong or damaged items, within 3 days of delivery.
A full unboxing video is needed for approval.
6. How do I request a return or exchange?
Contact us on email or WhatsApp with your order number and unboxing video. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, the amount is sent back to your original payment source within 8–15 business days.
8. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
9. Do you offer replacement for size or color issues?
No. We only offer exchange for wrong product received.
