Cancellation Policy
We know that plans may change, and we aim to keep the process clear and stress-free for you.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse.

Please include your order number in the message.
If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and start the refund process. Refunds for prepaid orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days through the original payment method.
Requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or any channel other than the support email or phone/WhatsApp will not be accepted.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you decide not to keep the product after it is delivered, please accept the parcel and follow the steps mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
3. COD Order Cancellation

COD orders may require confirmation through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled automatically.

Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in the COD option being turned off for future purchases.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Seller Cancellations
We may cancel an order in situations such as:

You will be notified if this happens, and a full refund will be issued if you have already paid.
